Quality Inspector III / CMM ProgrammerPrototek is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector III to join our manufacturing team. This is a senior-level inspection role for someone who is highly skilled in dimensional inspection, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and CMM programming and who enjoys working closely with Operations to ensure precision parts meet customer and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:5+ years of quality inspection experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferred.Hands-on experience programming CMMs, not simply operating existing programs.Strong blueprint reading and intermediate-to-advanced GD&T / ASME Y14.5 knowledge.Experience inspecting machined or fabricated components with tight tolerances.Strong understanding of First Article, In-Process, and Final inspection requirements.Experience working within an AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality system preferred.PC-DMIS, Calypso, Keyence, or similar inspection software/equipment experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate inspection findings effectively.What Prototek Offers:Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insuranceCompany paid life and long-term disability insurance9 paid Holidays annuallyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5%Education reimbursement programCareer advancement opportunitiesFlexible ScheduleCompetitive pay scalePaid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of serviceWork Authorization: Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements – Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
