Now hiring for a Quality Inspector
Location: Lexington, KY
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 am-3:15 pm Monday - Friday

As a Quality Inspector in Lexington, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smooth and customers coming back.

Job Duties
Work in various areas to check the quality of wire harnesses before shipment.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements
Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 20 pounds when required.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
