Quality InspectorMuscle Shoals, ALWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team at our manufacturing plant. Quality Inspectors are responsible for performing inspection, sorting, and data collection to ensure parts meet customer standards.Please be aware that this position will be temporary lasting approximately 1 month.Pay Rate: $14.50/hour Schedule:2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM3rd shift: 10:00PM - 6:00 AMOvertime is mandatory and may require 10–12 hour shifts, up to 6 days per week. Start and end times are subject to change.Job Responsibilities:Perform visual and measurement-based inspections on automotive partsInspect and sort parts to ensure quality standards are metIdentify, document, and separate defective or non-conforming productsPerform basic production tasks as assignedComplete data entry accurately and efficientlyUse measuring and inspection tools (training provided)Follow all work instructions and safety guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork at various customer locations as neededFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as requiredSkills and Experience:Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)Strong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer and data entry skillsAbility to stand for long periodsAbility to lift up to 25–30 lbsSteel toe boots requiredDependable, punctual, and committed to attendance requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicBenefits:Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount program
