We're looking for a Quality Inspector who takes pride in accuracy and helps ensure our products meet IPC standards, customer requirements, and quality expectations.If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, and take pride in doing things right, this could be a great fit.Pay: $18.00/hrSchedule: Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PMWe offer:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance401(k) with company match7 paid holidays per year10 days of PTO per year – begins accruing on the first day of employmentWhat You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but you'll spend your time:Inspecting incoming materials, circuit boards, and components for defects and compliance with specificationsVerifying materials and screens match drawings, job requirements, and customer specificationsPerforming in-process inspections to verify component placement, workmanship, and process complianceConducting final inspections before finished products are released for shipmentIdentifying defects and communicating quality concerns to production and leadershipIssuing reject tags, red tags, and documentation for nonconforming materialsPreparing Certificates of Compliance, ROHS documentation, inspection records, and other required quality documentsTaking photographs and maintaining accurate records for quality reporting and traceabilityFollowing ANSI sampling plans, IPC standards, inspection procedures, and customer requirementsSupporting quality improvement initiatives, audits, and documentation reviews as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceAbility to obtain and maintain IPC-A-610 certification within 90 days of hirePrevious inspection or manufacturing experience preferredBasic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityEffective communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to follow all safety, quality, PPE, and ESD requirementsWhat It's Like to Work HereYou'll work in a manufacturing environment where precision and attention to detail matter.
