You'll be:Inspecting finished products for defects and specification deviations, ensuring only quality items leave the Finish Department.Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records.Segregating non-conforming materials and performing touch-ups or initiating rework as needed.Reporting and following up on products requiring remake or extensive repair.Communicating quality standards and defects to line operators and working closely with production teams.Analyzing customer drawings, prints, and specifications for compliance.Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety regulations and wearing required PPE.Supporting the organization's CARE values and quality commitment.Performing other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Are proficient in geometric tolerances and understand quality standards and practices (must-have).Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Are proficient with computers and familiar with MS Office applications.Can distinguish colors and have excellent decision-making abilities.Have the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry products (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods, both inside and outside of air-conditioned environments.Are able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Are bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).Are dedicated to following all safety and PPE requirements.Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
