Quality InspectorOur client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Quality InspectorLocation: Salt Lake City, UTPay Range: $19.00Shift: Salt Lake City, UT | A1 (12 hr) rotating shift | 6:30AM-6:30PMWhat's the Job?Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications.Utilize microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to conduct detailed inspections and evaluations.Complete 10-15 different inspection tasks to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards.Support the documentation process, including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents for electronic archival in Agile.Initiate Non-Conformance reports and support CAPA activities to maintain quality standards.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA or Technical Degree preferred.Basic computer skills to access and document information accurately.Good written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand instructions.Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus.Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.Hands-on experience with quality inspection processes and tools.Potential for career growth within the organization.Engagement in a vital role ensuring product quality and safety.Supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
