Quality InspectorOur client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Salt Lake City, UTShift: 12-hour rotating shift, 6:30PM - 6:30AMWhat's the Job?Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications.Utilize microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to conduct detailed inspections and evaluations.Complete 10-15 different inspection tasks to ensure product quality and compliance.Support the paper document archival process, including preparing pallets for shipment and scanning documents for electronic storage.Initiate Non-Conformance reports and support CAPA activities to maintain high-quality standards.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA or Technical Degree preferred.Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.Effective written and oral communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand instructions.Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus.Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.Engage in meaningful work supporting high-quality medical devices.Gain valuable experience in a regulated industry.Work with a dedicated team committed to excellence.Participate in a rotating shift schedule with consistent hours.Upon completion of waiting period, associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
