This opportunity is based on a Quality Inspector career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience RequirementsExperience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Job DutiesInspect and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracyComplete required documentation and maintain accurate recordsEnsure inventory accuracy through regular verification processesAssist with shipping and receiving operationsPerform order picking, pallet building, loading, and unloading as neededSupport general warehouse operations and perform all General Labor duties as assignedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork with team members to meet daily productivity and customer service goalsPreferred QualificationsPrevious quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Quality-Focused Work Environment committed to safety, precision, and continuous improvement."Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
