Quality InspectorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in South Windsor, CT. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished productsVerify products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirementsUse measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracyDocument inspection results and maintain quality recordsIdentify defects and communicate issues to production or quality teamsSupport continuous improvement and compliance initiativesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualificationsMust have previous experience in the aerospace industryPrevious quality inspection or manufacturing experience requiredAbility to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentsExperience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededReliable attendance and strong work ethic
