Quality Inspector Team LeadThe Quality Inspector Team Lead position with Quick Hire Staffing in Lansing, MI offers competitive pay ranging from $17 to $18.50 per hour. This role is designed for experienced individuals who can lead and support quality inspection teams to ensure product standards and enhance operational efficiency.Lead and oversee quality inspection activities for manufacturing or warehouse sites to ensure adherence to quality standards while promoting a safe work environment.Supervise and guide quality inspection team members to maintain high performance and accuracyProvide training and mentorship to new inspectorsConduct inspections of manufactured parts or products for defectsRead and enforce compliance with work instructions and processesUse measuring or testing equipment as requiredEnsure all products meet or exceed quality standardsMaintain excellent customer service and communication with clients and teamEnsure team compliance with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesCollect, record, and analyze inspection data to identify trends and implement improvementsUtilize company portals for time recording and policy acknowledgementsOther duties as assigned
