Job description
Quality InspectorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This role is responsible for inspecting parts and materials, identifying defects or non-conformances, documenting inspection results, and working closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsIdentify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues, and accurately document findingsComplete inspection reports and maintain quality recordsWork closely with production teams to resolve quality concernsUtilize basic computer programs to enter and maintain inspection dataFollow company quality procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environmentQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of Quality Inspector experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience identifying defects and quality issuesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAdditional information for the Quality Inspector:$20/HrMonday- Friday | 7am-3:30pmWarren, MI 48092About Express Employment Professionals:As one of the leading staffing companies in North America, Michigan, and Macomb County, we're ready to help you take the next step in your career.
