Job description

Quality InspectorJoin our team as a Quality Control Inspector, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products. You will oversee daily inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products, ensuring all meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company requirements. This role acts as a vital link between Quality Assurance and Operations, promoting consistent inspection practices, swift issue resolution, and continual quality performance.Key ResponsibilitiesWork full-time in a cleanroom environment while consistently wearing required PPE.Coordinate and prioritize daily QC inspection activities in alignment with production and risk assessment.Ensure inspections are conducted according to plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized procedures.Comply with internal protocols and applicable external standards, including ISO 13485.Promptly escalate critical quality concerns that could affect product quality, delivery, or regulatory compliance.Conduct hands-on inspections to support workload and maintain operational continuity.Champion workplace safety by identifying and addressing risks; ensure strict adherence to safety procedures.Support and promote 5S, company safety protocols, quality initiatives, and consistent enforcement of plant procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or quality control.Ability to make independent decisions regarding product acceptance or rejection.Understanding of production processes and workflow.Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with leadership abilities.Proficient computer skills, including data entry; experience with SAP and working knowledge of ISO 9001.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Physical RequirementsFrequent standing and walking throughout shift.Repetitive movements required during inspections
