Quality InspectorPay Rate: $19/hr + 10% Shift Premium Location: York, PA General Perks: Company-paid family healthcare, specialized quality inspection work, and independent 2nd shift scheduleDetailsWork a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30pm-Midnight in a precision manufacturing environment.Play a critical role in ensuring products meet strict customer specifications and quality standards.Join a company that is ISO 9000 certified and advancing toward IATF and AS9100 certifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform first article, in-process, final, and receiving inspections using precision measuring equipment and quality systems.Conduct capability studies, statistical process control (SPC) analysis, and maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.Investigate quality concerns, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance.Perks100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, spouses/partners, and children.Earn an additional 10% shift premium on top of your hourly pay.Opportunity to work with advanced inspection technology and develop expertise in automotive, aerospace, and medical manufacturing quality standards.RequirementsExperience in a precision machining, metal stamping, tool & die, or manufacturing quality environment.Strong knowledge of micrometers, vernier calipers, gage pins, blueprint reading, GD&T, and tight-tolerance inspection down to +/-.0005.Experience with OGP and other optical inspection equipment, SPC methodologies, and the ability to work independently on 2nd shift.If you're a detail-oriented Quality Inspector who enjoys precision measurement, solving quality challenges, and working independently, this is an outstanding opportunity with exceptional benefits and long-term potential.
