Job description
Sportech in Elk River, MN seeks a Quality Lab Lead to coordinate daily lab operations and the CMM schedule, supervising technicians and staff. You will ensure policy compliance, provide training, and maintain accurate records while supporting cross-functional teams and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, overseeing instrumentation, troubleshooting, and implementing new tooling and fixturing. Strong CMM programming and metrology experience are required.
