Job description
Flex is seeking a Quality Control Lead for the Round Rock, TX site on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:15 PM, Mon–Fri). You will inspect and test products, establish testing procedures, and lead documentation of results while guiding the QC team to improve quality and reduce scrap.
Ideal candidates bring a strong Quality Control background, familiarity with Office tools, warehouse tracking systems, and root cause analysis; ASQ certifications are desirable for advancement.
