Job description
Fanatics Collectibles oversees a quality lead role in its Texas manufacturing area, directing quality associates to ensure only products meeting company and customer specifications are released.
The Lead drives process improvements, provides coaching, and delivers regular performance metrics on rejection trends, rework rates, and on-time delivery. Ownership in the rework decision process supports CAPA activities to sustain a robust quality system.
