Job description
Colson Group seeks a Quality Technician Lead in Phoenix, AZ to drive daily quality operations for caster products under the Director of Quality, USA. You will support QA activities, improve inspection processes and help ensure compliance with SIP/SOP directives.
You will also assist in audits, CAPA actions and the maintenance of the QMS, including risk and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes cross-functional cooperation, data-driven decisions and formal documentation.
