Job description
ICP Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Quality Leader to drive quality assurance across Gardner-Gibson & Sun Coatings plants. You will partner with R&D and Operations to define finished product specifications, monitor KPI performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field, 5+ years in QA/QC with QMS experience, and strong analytical skills with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
