Job description
The Kendall Group is seeking a Total Quality Leader to establish and own the company quality program. You will define quality failures, cost of poor quality, and develop dashboards and scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
You will partner with cross-functional teams and present findings to leadership to ensure accountability and sustained quality performance. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the role emphasizes data-driven decisions, defect data attribution, and operational improvements
