Quality Machine OperatorNow hiring for a Quality Machine Operator Location: Florence, KY Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 5 PM-1:30 AM (Monday-Friday)Tough Standards? Good. This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesInspect and verify gravure presses and related equipment for compliance with statutory and contractual quality requirements.Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure the machine meets design and performance specifications before delivery and installation.Conduct laboratory testing and visual inspections of printed outputs for colour accuracy, registration, and defect detection.Provide certification that the gravure machinery and its output meet agreed quality standards.Offer technical inspection for components such as plate cylinders, inking systems, and drying units.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience Requirements1+ years of machinery experiencePreferred QualificationsRelevant knowledge and experience as a Gravure MachinistPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Quality-Focused Work Environment committed to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.About UsAt Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
