What the Ideal Candidate will do:
Maintain and support quality, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, execution, corrective actions, and follow up activities.
Manage document control and corrective action processes, ensuring documentation remains current and nonconformances are effectively resolved.
Monitor, analyze, and report Quality and EHS metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, process effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.
Support EHS programs, management reviews, training initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, and employee awareness programs to promote a culture of quality and safety.
U.S. Person Status Required.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or administering a Quality Management System (QMS) or Integrated Management System within a manufacturing environment; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable standards, including ISO 9001; experience with AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 17025 is preferred.
Experience with supporting internal and external audits.
Understanding workplace safety practices; OSHA regulations and EHS compliance programs.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification, ASQ certifications, Lean Six Sigma training, or related professional certifications are preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; SharePoint and Power BI experience preferred.
