Quality Manager | Mid-Missouri | Relocation Available
Ever wanted to build a quality program instead of maintaining someone else’s? Here’s your shot.
I’m partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Mid-Missouri on a Quality Manager hire, and the timing on this one is exciting. New leadership is stepping in at the corporate and regional levels, the site has been given real autonomy, and the quality function is ready for a leader who wants to put their own stamp on it.
What you’ll do
Lead a quality team of about 12 across two shifts, with a Quality Superintendent and two shift supervisors reporting directly to you
Own quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness in a highly regulated, high-volume production environment
Develop a young, hungry team and build real bench strength
Partner closely with operations, including a sharp process expert ready to help you hit the ground running
What you bring
Quality leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Experience with complex, time and temperature controlled processes is a big plus
A coaching mindset and a track record of growing people
