At Washington Permanente Medical Group, our physicians benefit from comprehensive practice and administrative support that allows them to focus on what matters most: their patients. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Position Overview

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Quality, Documentation & Reporting Team at our Silverdale Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington. This clinical role will focus on Co-visit Care for Chronic Conditions (CC3).

Whenever possible, they will preview, update, and modify the health records in HealthConnect to optimize the chart for their encounters. The work completed by the CC3 Clinicians will be monitored through proficiency metrics and chart audits to ensure quality of documentation. CC3 Clinicians will report to the Assistant Medical Director of Documentation and Reporting.

Ideal candidates will have experience within Primary Care setting as well as telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

These encounters are Primary Care focused and embedded within an Urgent Care encounter.

This position has no call or weekends required.

Patient Volumes are similar to Primary Care with an average of 18 - 22 encounters per day.

AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
