Job description
The Walsh Group in Mount Pleasant, WI seeks a Quality Manager I for the Data Center Group to implement and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects. You will lead quality planning, audits, testing, and documentation while mentoring site teams to ensure safety, quality and profitability.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in AEC with at least 3 years in quality roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight schedules.
