Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus in quality review and performance improvement. The role involves coordinating patient care, guiding staff development, and supporting the Quality and Safety programs to enhance care outcomes.
The position requires an active TN or Compact RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and leadership experience in a fast-paced acute care setting. BSN and advanced certifications are preferred.
