Job description
Nicklaus Children's in Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs is seeking a Manager of Quality and Risk to lead quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management across the Broward market. This role is supported by the Quality Division and collaborates with administrative leadership to align department goals with hospital objectives.
The position requires Florida RN licensure and CPHQ within 18 months, with 2–4 years in management and 3–5 years in quality/risk activities.
