Job description
K Komfort Heating & Cooling in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality, Safety, & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across our HVAC contracting operations. The role focuses on designing a company-wide QMS, SOP development, and cross-department process standardization.
You will lead safety initiatives, enforce OSHA compliance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement with data-driven KPIs across field and office teams.
