Job description
As a Quality Sepsis and Stroke Coordinator RN at HCA Healthcare, you will lead initiatives to improve sepsis and stroke outcomes through evidence-based protocols, education, and data-driven quality improvement. You will monitor core measures, review cases, and identify trends to reduce complications, mortality, and readmissions. Partnering with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams, you’ll coordinate sepsis and stroke pathways, conduct staff training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role supports a culture of safety, continuous learning, and patient-centered care while advancing system-wide performance.
