Job description
Liberty Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead quality initiatives across Home Health and Hospice programs. The role provides strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings and Value-based Purchasing, while serving as the internal CMS expert on methodology and reporting guidance.
The Director will collaborate with Compliance, Operations and Executive Leadership to shape quality strategy, prepare executive dashboards, and present program updates to Liberty
