Job description
Smalley is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the Quality Engineering department, managing ISO and EMS registrations and driving improvement initiatives. The role focuses on audits, QMS/EMS coordination, supplier evaluations, and cross-functional process enhancements in Lake Zurich, IL.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year engineering degree, 7+ years of supervisory quality experience, and deep knowledge of ISO/IATF standards.
