Job description
Werfen seeks a Manager, Quality Systems – CAPA & Inspection Management to lead end-to-end governance of quality events and CAPA processes at the Norcross site. The role oversees event definition, RCIs, CAPA actions, and effectiveness verifications while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory inspection support.
You will partner across Quality and Operations to drive risk-based decisions, trends, and systematic improvements, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
