Job description
Nesco Resource is seeking a Quality Lead to guide inspection teams on production shifts and ensure zero defects in automotive manufacturing. You will drive containment, rework, and defect-tracking while upholding IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
You will mentor operators, coordinate audits, and lead root cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D, and Ishikawa methods to improve processes and customer satisfaction. This on-site role requires flexibility, weekend rotation, and strong communication.
