Job description
County Prestress & Precast in Westmont, IL seeks a Director of Quality & Technical Services to lead quality control, continuous improvement, and architectural precast capabilities across plants. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Safety to elevate efficiency and standards.
You will drive standardized processes, develop reporting metrics, and mentor teams while applying AI tools to strengthen technical practices and deliver consistent, high‑quality precast products.
