Job TitlePRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawingFinished goods auditLine Romer for quality concernsSupport / Engage of deviationsSupport Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages)Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristicsProgram development in PPAP principles and practicesDocument & record data collected on inspection forms legiblyPromote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectationsAssist with Housekeeping in NCM areaSupport Operations with NCMR process, inspect partsFollow ITAR processes when appropriateAssist NCM area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc.Perform other duties as directed by ManagerHours will be 3:15 pm-1:45 amEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1-2 years' experience working in a similar position is preferredSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Quality plans and controls knowledgeGauging knowledge neededCMM knowledge preferredStrong communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail OrientedMust have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 poundsMust have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.EEO M/F/VET/DISABILITY/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
