Job description
Quality TechnicianHire Up Staffing is currently partnering with a manufacturing client to identify a detail-oriented Quality Technician for their 2nd shift team. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining production standards, and supporting overall operational flow on the production floor. Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Pay Rate: $19 + DOEKey Responsibilities:Perform routine visual inspections of in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are metConduct product testing at scheduled intervals and accurately record resultsAudit production processes to confirm adherence to work instructions and proper use of tools and equipmentComplete final inspections and assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory transactionsIdentify, document, and help contain non-conforming materials, including coordinating rework or disposalCommunicate quality concerns to leadership and support corrective action effortsAssist with production support tasks including line coverage, training, and job changeoversMonitor work order progress and maintain accurate production and inventory recordsQualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized proceduresBasic math and computer skills for data entry and reportingEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production teamsThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
