Quality Technician Level 3 - 2nd ShiftApplied Composites (AC) is seeking a Quality Technician Level 3 - 2nd Shift who provides technical support to the quality team. Conducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components and parts at various stages of the production process, to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.Come and join the Applied Composites team. If you are looking for a company that values and develops its employees while offering engaging work, Applied Composites may be the place for you.Job AccountabilitiesConducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components on all types of standard and special products, to insure alignment with product requirements and quality standardsProvides detail analysis, troubleshooting and evaluation of components, assemblies and systemsMaintains documentation records and data on tests performedRecommends quality control solutions to complex problems and implements corrective actionsSets up or builds special test panels to facilitate testing and/or evaluation as neededPerforms internal audits based on established criteria and records the resultsOther responsibilities as assignedJob SpecificationsEducation: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Years' Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience SkillsSkilled at performing examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components and parts on all types of standard and special productsAbility to independently resolve standard assignmentsExperience with blueprints, drawings and parts listsProficient computer skillsAt Applied Composites, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
