Quality TechnicianKelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Technician in Attleboro, MA.These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!Benefits:Health, dental and vision insurance available immediately upon hire401k plus 100% match up to 3%120 hours of PTO plus paid holidaysDetails:1st shift openings! Start between 6:00 am and 8:00 am and work your 8 hours.Pay: $55,000 – $70,000 based on experience plus bonusDescription: Supports product inspection, testing, documentation, and quality improvement activities. Reviews specifications, performs measurements, investigates quality issues, and helps ensure products meet customer and internal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and document visual inspections, thickness measurements, adhesion tests, and other required testing.Review drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and industry standards.Use XRF equipment, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.Support equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance.Identify nonconforming conditions and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.Assist with audits, employee training, and quality-system compliance.Work with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.Experience in quality inspection, electroplating, metal finishing, laboratory work, or regulated manufacturing preferred.Ability to read drawings and specifications, use measuring equipment, and communicate effectively.Immediate opening, apply now!
