Quality TechnicianAs a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications and our company high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.We OfferAdvancement: We prioritize promotion from within!Rewards: We enjoy premium pay and an excellent benefits program!Convenience: Our food-grade clean and climate-controlled facility is located right off of I-57 and I-72!Stability: We've been in the community for many years and offer job stability through market uncertaintyYou WillConduct quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor and in the warehouse to evaluate product qualityUse measuring instruments to measure dimensions and performance criteria's adherence to customer specificationsRegularly engage with associates about product conformanceGrow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on-the-job experiencesYou HaveAbility to work night shift 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
