Quality TechnicianTOPS Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing medical manufacturing company with a highly automated production facility. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with paperwork and quality documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The primary focus of this position is performing quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.Key Responsibilities:Perform spot checks and inspections on products during productionSort and identify defective or non-conforming productsComplete quality paperwork and production documentation accuratelyFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelinesAssist with rework or containment of suspect materials when neededMaintain organized records and reports related to inspectionsWork closely with production and quality teams to support daily operationsQualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood written communication and handwriting skills for documentationComfortable following detailed procedures and instructionsTeam-oriented with a strong sense of accountabilityPreferred Experience:Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experienceExperience working in a regulated environment such as medical manufacturing, food production, or pharmaceuticalsFamiliarity with SOPs, GMP, or GDP processes is a plusWhy This Opportunity?Entry to mid-level quality role with training providedOpportunity to gain experience in the medical manufacturing industryClean, modern, highly automated production environmentPotential for contract extension based on performance and business needsIf you're dependable, detail-focused, and interested in building experience in quality and medical manufacturing, apply today through TOPS Staffing.
