Quality TechnicianTTI Floor Care, Inc. has an opening in its Wellford, SC location for a Quality Technician who will perform basic quality techniques to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package -- tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation and holidays.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for returns analysis, continual improvement activities, supplier interface and customer complaint handlingInspect and analyze components and products for conformance to specificationsDevelop inspection instructionsPerform system audits to ensure procedures are being followedGathers data to help support continual improvement activityPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:2-year degree with HS diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experienceMust be knowledgeable of inspection and analysis techniques. Familiar with a QMS such as ISO 9000:2000. Prefer a person with a certification such as the CQTPhysical Demands:Standing for extended periods of time.Repetitive motion.Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.Frequent lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs.Able to work in various temperature conditions.Note *** The physical and weight-lifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
