Quality Technician I2nd Shift3:30 PM - Midnight Pay: $18.50 Bill: $27.38The Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting the business with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. A critical function to provide inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works with team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to Zebras quality-assurance processes.Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to Zebras authorized vendors as appropriate.Engages management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.Works with team to support new product quality plan implementations.Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.Support ISO 9001 QMSNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, abilities, and skills required of personnel so classified.Preferred Education: High School or equivalentPreferred Work Experience (years): 0-3 yearsKey Skills and Competencies:Ability to learn technical information.Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicableBeginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work in fast-paced, multi-task environmentSolid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)Position Specific Information Travel Requirements: N/APhysical requirements and working conditions will vary by position and should be described as appropriate.
