Job description
Quality Technician – ManufacturingLooking for a quality professional who knows their way around prints, precision measuring tools, and a manufacturing floor. This is a long-term opportunity with steady first-shift hours and room to grow within the quality side of the operation.Location: Kendallville, IN Pay: $18–$20/hr Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with some flexibility based on production Employment Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-HireWhat You'll Be DoingPerform in-process and final inspections on manufactured componentsUse calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipmentRead blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirementsComplete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentationWork with production to identify and address quality concernsWhat We're Looking ForHands-on manufacturing quality or inspection experienceComfortable reading prints and working with dimensional tolerancesAble to confidently use common precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and accurate documentation skillsBasic computer skillsWhy It's Worth a Look$18–$20/hr based on experienceConsistent first-shift scheduleStable, long-term opportunityPotential growth into higher-level quality or management responsibilities
