Quality TechnicianWe're hiring a Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Middlefield, OH! This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term career stability!Job Requirements:Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts.Use precision measuring equipment to verify products meet customer specifications.Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.Document inspection results and identify nonconforming materials.Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills$23.00–$30.00 per Hour Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Benefits: Direct Hire Position, 401k with Company Match, Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time Off, and Attendance Bonus.
