Assist with document control and internal, customer, and certification audits.

Support compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and SHD quality procedures.

Participate in continuous-improvement activities focused on reducing defects, scrap, rework, and recurring quality issues.

Follow all company safety, quality, security, and housekeeping requirements.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, quality assurance, production, laboratory testing, or a related technical environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to read and follow specifications, procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and electronic business systems.

Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to identify and appropriately escalate quality concerns.

Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of quality inspection or quality-control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in aerospace, composites, automotive, chemical, or another regulated manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality-management systems.

Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales, or other inspection and measurement equipment.

Experience with NCRs, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, calibration, manufacturing travelers, work orders, specifications, or certificates of conformance.

Experience with ERP/MRP or electronic quality-management systems and basic continuous-improvement techniques.

What Success Looks Like You take ownership of quality and follow issues through to resolution.

You maintain accurate and complete documentation.

You work effectively with both production employees and management.

You recognize potential quality problems before they become larger issues.

You understand that quality is a shared responsibility across the organization.

You are comfortable working in a growing and evolving manufacturing environment.

Compensation $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with direct aerospace/composites manufacturing, AS9100, quality inspection, measurement equipment, calibration, NCR/corrective-action, or other relevant regulated-manufacturing experience may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
