10% Shift Differential | 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM | Overtime Available
At TruCut, quality is more than inspection. It's built into every part we manufacture. We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping ensure our customers receive products that meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do
* Perform product inspections and verify quality requirements.
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Use measuring and inspection equipment.
* Investigate quality issues and help implement solutions.
* Partner with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Support ISO quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
* Blueprint reading experience.
* Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment.
* Experience with ISO 9001, MSA, or calibration systems.
* Microsoft Office experience; ERP or CAD experience is a plus.
