Evaluation To Hire Or Direct Hire OpportunityHours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pmPay: $20.00 - $24.00/HRDutiesAdhere to the company Quality System and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and complianceServe as the customer's advocate in all quality-related decisionsPerform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections using drawings, specifications, sampling plans, and appropriate inspection methodsAssist in determining best practices and optimized processes for manufacturingInitiate quality plans, procedures, and documentation for products as neededMaintain, calibrate, and verify inspection equipment when assignedInvestigate and support corrective action plans to resolve quality issuesConduct ISO internal audits according to the audit scheduleUse precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, surface testers, height gages, and CMM equipmentDocument inspection results through reports, logs, and digital recordsOperate CNC machinery when required to support production or inspection needsCollaborate with production, engineering, and management to ensure product quality and continuous improvementPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role preferredStrong understanding of engineering prints, drawings, and GD&T principlesHands-on experience operating lathes, mills, grinders, and machining centersAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationFamiliarity with process development, process controls, and continuous improvement practicesWorking knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection equipmentExperience with First Article, in-process, and final inspection processesUnderstanding of ISO quality systems and internal auditing practicesStrong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actionsSolid communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhat Does Express Offer To You?Weekly paychecks!Vision InsuranceMedical PlanDental Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLife InsuranceReferral Bonuses (Earn up to $125 for each person you refer!)Why Express Employment Professionals, Oshkosh WI?Express placed over 1,350 people in 2024 just in the Fox Valley!We provide our associates with excellent comprehensive and competitive benefits!When you apply to us, you apply to 100+ companies in the Fox Valley!Over 170 people were hired on with a permanent position in 2024.Apply now: Call OPTION 2 to schedule a phone interview.Address - 1775 Witzel Ave Oshkosh WI, 54902Email -
