Quality TechnicianMore than 60 years as a leader in Spain in general business services. We are currently servicing most of the major airlines at the country's major airports. We offer services in all areas of the ramp, cabin cleaning, janitorial, security, passenger, and baggage handling operations.The Quality Technician ensures the floor and cleaning area of inspection are up to standards, and provides feedback to the client and General Manager on areas of improvement. This position will maintain the quality and effectiveness of our janitorial service in mind while providing our clients with excellent customer service and communication.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness and adherence to quality standardsIdentify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to staffEnsure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions takenPrepare detailed reports and documentation regarding quality control activitiesAssist in the training and development of janitorial staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and quality standardsProvide guidance and support to staff to help them meet quality expectations and address any issuesReport any equipment malfunctions or needs for repair and coordinate with the Operations team.Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or complaints from clients with Operations staffWork closely with clients to ensure their cleaning needs and expectations are metRecommend improvements to cleaning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.High school diploma or equivalent.Additional certification or training in janitorial services or quality control is a plus.Any prior knowledge needed for the role i.e. Microsoft Office in Excel and Word.Proven experience in a janitorial or custodial role with an understanding of cleaning proceduresBilingual is required (English/Spanish)Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills are encouragedHas a strong work ethic to provide the best customer serviceSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, assertive, and a proven track record in exceeding objectivesThis position requires traveling within the Fort Myers area. The incumbent will need a vehicle.
