Quality Technician/InspectorExpress Employment is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards through inspections, measurements, and quality control tests. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production.Location: The VillagesShift: 3:30PM to 1:00AM | Monday to FridayPay: $17.00 per hourOvertime: Occasional, including Saturdays, based on production needsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Verify all element dimensions using provided plansEnsure corrections are made as needed and follow up on quality concernsAccurately document quality control findingsPerform various QC tests and proceduresWork collaboratively as a team playerMaintain dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred1-2 years of relevant quality or construction experience preferred (training available)Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and adapt to changing requirementsFlexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessaryPreferred Skills:Proficient in using a tape measureAbility to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and plansAdequate mathematical skills for measurements and calculationsIf you're detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-quality production environment, we encourage you to apply!
