You'll be:Conducting incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.Auditing and analyzing materials, components, and finished products for quality, and supporting timely resolution of deviations.Documenting and following up on non-conformities, maintaining accurate inspection and quality records.Supporting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and engineering teams.Communicating with suppliers regarding quality issues and participating in internal/external audits.Operating and interpreting measuring and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, electronic measuring tools).Providing technical guidance and quality-related training for production teams.Upholding and promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in a technical field preferred).Bring 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing quality control.Possess a solid knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM).Are familiar with electrical or mechanical systems and able to read technical schematics.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Understand and are committed to maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.Have working proficiency in Microsoft Office.What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
