Overview In this role you will design and build the cloud-based analytics platform that powers investment decisions. You'll work within a quantitative tech team to create user-facing analytics and robust backend services, focusing on scalable data-driven solutions. You will partner with product and business teams to turn requirements into usable tools, while improving automation, testing, and observability. This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a collaborative, technically deep environment.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications, backend services, and APIs
Build reusable UI components and shared platform services used across multiple applications
Create and support data integrations, pipelines, and data models
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in technical design discussions and prototype new technologies
Troubleshoot production issues and defects, driving fixes
Lead projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support
Improve CI/CD processes, developer tooling, and engineering practices
Enhance platform reliability through monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability
Key requirements3+ years of software development building data-centric applications or platforms
3+ years of experience with SQL on large datasets
3+ years of Python and/or TypeScript
Experience with React and TypeScript for web apps
Strong API development and backend services architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data models, data management, and data warehouse concepts
